About the Products
- What is included in the prices shown?
All our prices are exclusive of VAT (we do not need to charge). The total cost of orders is the price of the products ordered plus any delivery charge that my be applicable. Remember for all UK delivery addresses then delivery is included and therefore there will be no extra charges. - What is the availability of the products?
All products on our site are available unless showm otherwise. However all products are subject to availability and for any unusual reason cannot be fulfilled we will let you know as soon as we can.
- Are your product descriptions accurate?
While we have made every effort to show and describe our products as accurately as possible, in rare cases the final product may differ slightly from the images shown. We sometimes substitute products of a similar description where for example, the original item becomes unavailable. Where this happens we will inform you at the time of ordering. We have tried to describe all products fairly and the weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. Packaging may vary from that shown.
How To Order
- How do I add an item to my shopping basket?
When you have found an item you wish to order, clicking on the ‘Add to basket’ button which will add this item to your basket and take you each time to ‘Your Shopping Basket‘. You will also find your basket total and number of items displayed in your basket indicator at the top right hand side of the screen. You can click on this anytime to go directly your ‘Your Shopping Basket‘.
- How do I select Delivery Options?
When you have confirmed your basket, you will be asked to sign in if you have an account or fill in your detail including delivery options. You can also add different addresses if you want your parcel sent to a different address. You can also choose Next Day Delivery for instance in the UK if you need your parcel in a hurry. Dependent on your delivery address (e,g UK, Europe or Rest Of Ther World) you will have a number of options.
- How will I know if my order has been recieved?
We’ll send you a confirmation email upon receipt of the order. If you do not receive an email from us within 60 minutes of placing your order then please contact us to let us know.
- Can I cancel my order once it has been confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your order has been received, and if you respond quickly enough we might be able to cancel your order before it is dispatched. If the order is already in processing we regret we cannot make changes at that stage. However, under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the order for a period of up to seven working days starting from the day after you receive your parcel but we offer you a full 30 days as part of Tain Brae World 30 day money back guarantee. - Can I order online using my credit card?
All Rugby World accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, JCB and Maestro. Tain Brae Ltd (Tain Brae World) use Barclaycard ePDQ secure payment processing. This is a secure server where card details are not visible to us. We reserve the right to cancel any order not deemed ‘safe’ by Barclays, or about which we are suspicious. The name on your card statement will be Tain Brae Ltd
- Do you accept payments via PayPal?
We are a PayPal Verified Merchant and accept payments via PayPal. Please select this option if you wish to use PayPal.The name on your card statement will be Tain Brae Ltd
- Can I order online but pay via credit card over the telephone using my credit card?
We also accept telephone orders which we will process at our office using Barclays PDQ. Please call us on +44(0)1249 476 406 or drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order and we will ring you back. We will keep all customers financial details and records secure at our offices, under the terms of Barclays PDQ. The name on your card statement will be Tain Brae Ltd
- Can I pay via cheque or bank transfer?

Note: Cheques can only be accepted from UK Banks and items will only be shipped once receiving cleared funds.
- I don’t live in the UK, do you accept other currencies?
You can purchase your order in pounds sterling with your credit card, and the converted amount will show on your credit card statement. Unfortunately we don’t have the facility to accept alternative currencies at present.
- Are my details safe if I order online using my credit card?
Payments are taken via an SSL-encrypted connection to BarclaysPDQ or PayPal- a secure payment gateway, certified to the highest PCI-DSS industry standards in data security and protection. Tain Brae World do not see or hold your credit card details at any stage during the transaction to ensure you have 100% security and peace of mind. - Are my personal details safe if I order with All Rugby World?
- What are your delivery times?
Standard orders are generally shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class or UK courier service depending on size of order. The average delivery time to UK mainland with Royal Mail 2nd Class is 2 – 4 working days from dispatch so allowing for your order to be processed which is normally 1-3 working days the average time from you placing your order to it arriving with you is 3 – 7 working days. - My order has not arrived. How long should I wait before contacting you?
Seven working days. Please contact us so that we can investigate and track the order with our carrier.
- I have a missing or damaged item what should I do?
- What should I do if I experience problems on the website?
If you encounter any problems via our website which you feel we need to be made aware of, you should contact us immediately stating what the actual problem is, and where on the website this occurs. We will investigate the problem as soon as possible and advise you accordingly.
